How long does the verification process take?
The process of verification involves in-house verification for minimum of 14 - 30 working days we are striving to make it a swift process to verify the authenticity of both your company credentials and that of your drivers inspite of the volume of request submitted daily.

What documents are required for registration?
Requirements vary by category. Generally, you will need a valid government-issued ID, proof of business registration (for agencies/corporate), and a valid driver's license. Specific requirements are listed on the registration portal for each category.

How do I get started with my drivers registration and profiling?
It's easy to get started with profiling and verification in three simple ways:
1. For both Agents and Users Create an account or login if you already did.
2. For Agent, Visit your Dashboard to upload your company credentials. After a success verification of your company's credentials a code will be sent to your email address as an access to register Drivers at your disposal.
3. For Users, after a successful registration you will be directed to access Driver's details with a correct driver's license number.

Can I register multiple drivers under one agency?
Yes! Once your agency is verified, you can use your unique agency code to register and manage an unlimited number of drivers under your profile through the dashboard.

Is there a fee for registration?
There is a nominal processing fee for the verification of documents. This fee helps us maintain the integrity of our database and ensure road safety standards are met. The exact fee structure is displayed before payment.
